iPhone 14 Pro Max shortage seems like a real deal in North America. We can say the same for iPhone 14 Pro, but it is still more accessible. I sold my iPhone 13 Pro max on October 6. My attempt to grasp an iPhone 14 Pro max base model has been ongoing for about a week without success.
No iPhones in 24-hour clock.
The real difficulty is to get the smartphone in its flagship Deep Purple color. I tried to refresh the website almost every half an hour on the 24-hour clock. The pain is real, and so is the iPhone 14 Pro Max Shortage. Apple iPhone 14, 14 Pro, and 14 Pro max are available for delivery since Friday, September 16, 2022.
Apple is trying to Reserve the iPhones for you beforehand. There is a difference between reserving the iPhone and picking it up. You do not pay for reserving the iPhones. When you do store pickup then you need to pay Apple first.
A few words for Apple, “If you have smartphones in the store, then sell them normally or do not make the shortage even worse.” Apple shows a different set of stock in the reserve options and a different one on the ones that come live on the online shopping portal a few times in the day. It adds to the iPhone 14 Pro Max Shortage.
I am not too sure about how Reserve your iPhone option works. I apologize if my take on it is wrong.
How to get the latest iPhones quickly in this iPhone 14 Pro Max Shortage
- Try getting a smartphone from Careers like Rogers, Bell, Freedom, Koodo, Fido, and Virgin Mobile.
- If you do not get from first-party retail, go to third-party stores like OSL and Wireless Wave.
- Try the Apple Reserve option and see how it goes in the Apple store.
- Buy a Google Pixel 7 or the Google Pixel 7 Pro like me. You can save yourself from iPhone 14 Pro Max Shortage.
General theory:
Don’t sell it if you can’t produce enough. At least, if you are experiencing a shortage, don’t confuse the customers with the Reserve option. Reserving a smartphone may end up in a person not buying it. It makes the situation worse as the availability is put to hold for even more time. Maybe it is really adding to the iPhone 14 Pro Max Shortage.
Buy the Pixel 7 / Pixel 7 Pro instead?
